Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all apparel is clean, unwashed, and includes the original Petso branding tags.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
